New Beginnings Bundle Terms and Conditions 

This letter outlines our Terms and Conditions for the Lowanna Nourish and Nurture Gift Package for Gift Recipients (being individuals receiving Lowanna services within the Standard Gift Package) and Gift Purchasers (being individuals purchasing Lowanna services within the Standard Gift Packages).

Purpose and Scope

Lowanna Care Pty Ltd will provide Lowanna Gift Recipients our Standard Gift Package outlined below.

Standard Gift Package

The Standard Gift Package can include a selection of the following items:

  1. Doula to attend online meet & greet engagement prior to at-home visits.
  2. Three home visits (3 hours each, 9 hours total) to provide:
    1. Emotional Support: Provide emotional support before and after childbirth.
    2. Education: Offer information and resources to help make informed decisions about the birthing and postpartum experience including breastfeeding and sleep guidance.
    3. Comfort Measures: Implement comfort and relaxation measures e.g. calming foot soaks and shoulder rubs.
    4. Practical support: Provide postpartum support, including breastfeeding support, assistance with the baby following childbirth (e.g. looking after the baby, bathing and settling the baby), light housekeeping (e.g. laundry and folding clothes) and errands (e.g. light grocery or coffee run).
  1. Postpartum Meal Delivery (10 meals/ serving sizes total)
  2. Online Sleep Consultation and Newborn Masterclass

Please note that we do not in any way purport to or promise to provide advice or services which can only be provided by a trained medical professional. Any third-party services are arranged by Lowanna as agent for the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Lowanna harmless against any claims arising from third-party services

Gift Recipients Responsibilities

Gift Recipients shall be responsible for:

  • Scheduling the home visits with the doula. To ensure smooth scheduling of home visits with your doula, we kindly ask that any rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. If we do not receive 48 hours’ notice, the visit may be forfeited at the discretion of the Lowanna team.
  • Reimbursing the doula for any out of pocket expenses incurred in undertaking the services. e.g. the cost of light groceries or a coffee run; parking if on premise parking cannot be provided.
  • Ensuring that the premises are suitable, insured and safe for the services provided.

Acceptance of terms and condition

Your payment of the Standard Package (for Gift Purchasers) and/or scheduling of Lowanna Services (for Gift Recipients) indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Nourish and Nurture Terms & Conditions 

This letter outlines our Terms and Conditions for the Lowanna Nourish and Nurture Gift Package for Gift Recipients (being individuals receiving Lowanna services within the Standard Gift Package) and Gift Purchasers (being individuals purchasing Lowanna services within the Standard Gift Packages).

  • Postpartum Meal Delivery (10 meals/ serving sizes total)
  • Housekeeping session or postpartum massage therapy (availability of services is subject to the location of the Gift Recipient being an area of service).

Please note that we do not in any way purport to or promise to provide advice or services which can only be provided by a trained medical professional. Any third-party services are arranged by Lowanna as agent for the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Lowanna harmless against any claims arising from third-party services.

Client Responsibilities

Gift Recipients shall be responsible for:

Your payment of the Nourish & Nurture Package (for Gift Purchasers) and/or scheduling of Lowanna Services (for Gift Recipients) indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Seasoned Mamas Haven Terms and Conditions
